01 / FOR LEADERS WHO SUSPECT THEY’RE OVERPAYING
Find out what you pay to record the same call five times.
I inventory every tool that touches a customer conversation (conversation intelligence, dialers, phone, AI note-takers, schedulers, meetings), with seat counts and renewal dates. Then I price the consolidated version on Zoom.
Your tool list, rough seat counts, and renewal dates. Invoices help but aren’t required.

02 / FOR LEADERS WITH FIVE OR MORE RECENT LOSSES
See what the forecast missed, in the buyer’s own words.
Pick five or more recent closed-lost deals that have recordings in any tool. We compare what the CRM said, what the calls said, and where the two diverged.
Access to the deals and their recordings (Gong, Chorus, Zoom, or other).

03 / FOR TEAMS THAT BOUGHT CONVERSATION INTELLIGENCE AND STALLED
Find out who’s actually using what you already pay for.
We look at your usage data in Gong, Chorus, or Zoom Revenue Accelerator: who records, who reviews, which features sit idle, and where manager coaching stopped.
Admin access or a usage export.

04 / HOW IT WORKS
The diagnostics are free. Implementation work afterward is paid. How I get paid is explained in the Stack Consolidation FAQ ↗
Tell me which one you want (form below or at the roundtable).
I send a short prep list. Most take 15 minutes to pull together.
We meet for 60 minutes, in person in the Seattle area or on Zoom.
You get a written summary within a week.
05 / NEXT STEP
You tell me what you’re interested in. I reply personally with a roundtable seat, a coffee somewhere between Seattle and the Eastside, or a Zoom. That’s it.
No sales sequence. I read every one of these and reply myself, usually within a few business days.
Thanks, there. You’re on the list.
I’ll reach out personally within a few business days with a roundtable seat, a coffee, or a Zoom, whichever you checked. If something’s urgent, email me at nick@tahoma.tech.
