The flagship engagement

Stop paying five vendors
to record the same call.

I consolidate your GTM conversation stack onto one Zoom platform, carry over what matters, and add the AI follow-ups and adoption work that make the switch pay off twice.

01 / SCOPE

What moves, and what it moves to.

If you’re paying for the tool on the left, it typically moves to the Zoom product beside it.

01

Conversation intelligence (Gong, Chorus)

→ Zoom Revenue Accelerator

02

Standalone dialers and phone systems

→ Zoom Phone

03

AI note-takers (Otter, Fireflies, and the rest)

→ Zoom AI Companion

04

Schedulers (Calendly and similar)

→ Zoom Scheduler

05

Meeting platforms

→ Zoom Meetings / Zoom Workplace

Not everything should move. Sequencing tools, your CRM, and anything your team genuinely loves are assessed on their merits. The plan follows your renewal dates, so nothing gets ripped out mid-contract.

02 / THE MATH

The savings are usually the easy part.

Most of the savings come from overlap: three or four tools recording and summarizing the same conversation, each with its own per-seat price and its own annual escalator. When you’re already paying Zoom for meetings, much of the rest is either included or priced as an add-on. The Stack Audit puts your real numbers side by side before you decide anything.

SAME PLAYBOOK, DIFFERENT INDUSTRY

A Washington professional-services firm cut monthly communications and AI spend 58% by moving five tools onto Zoom.

03 / THE SECOND PAYOFF

Then the recordings start working.

Moving the stack is the start. The bigger return is what happens once every call lives in one place: AI follow-ups that update the CRM and draft the recap, a customer success handoff with the customer’s own words, and a weekly view of the moments that matter across the org.

04 / THE ENGAGEMENT

What you get.

01

A stack map: every tool, seat, cost, and renewal date on one page.

02

A consolidation plan and cutover calendar timed to your renewals.

03

Migration of recording history, where your current vendor allows export.

04

Scorecards and indicators rebuilt around your methodology (MEDDICC, SPICED, or your own).

05

CRM sync set up and tested.

06

AI follow-ups: CRM updates, recaps, and the CS handoff brief.

07

Seller and manager adoption sessions, with usage tracked call by call.

08

A revenue-owner reporting handoff, so you run it without me.

TIMELINE · WHAT’S FREE AND WHAT ISN’T

The initial tool can be up and running in about a week.

The timeline to full adoption and business value depends on each team. The assessment and advisory step is free. Hands-on-keyboard implementation work (migration, configuration, AI follow-ups, adoption sessions) is paid and scoped after the assessment.

05 / IS IT A FIT?

Who this is for.

GOOD FIT

01

B2B SaaS revenue team, about 50+ sellers.

02

Two or more tools recording customer conversations.

03

A conversation-intelligence or phone renewal in the next 6–12 months.

04

A CRO who wants evidence, not more dashboards.

NOT A FIT

01

A small team happy on one tool.

02

Anyone looking for the cheapest license and no change in how the team works.

06 / IN PROGRESS NOW

B2B SAAS COMPANY · IN PROGRESS

Projected 73% lower annual cost: about $60,000 a year on Gong down to about $16,000 on Zoom.

A B2B SaaS company is moving 26 Gong users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA Essentials) on a ZRA + Zoom Phone bundle. Historical Gong transcripts are already exported, and the setup is about 75% configured around their SPICED process. About $43,900 saved per year, based on the approved business case.

07 / FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

How do you get paid?

Tahoma Tech is a Zoom Up Partner (Silver Reseller, 2025). When a client buys Zoom through me, Zoom pays me a partner fee. You pay the same price for Zoom either way. That’s why the assessment and advisory step is free. Hands-on-keyboard implementation work is not part of the free step; it’s paid and scoped once we know what you need. I’m saying this once, plainly, so you can weigh my advice with that in mind.

What if Gong (or another tool) is the right answer for us?

Then I’ll tell you. Some teams should stay put. The audit is useful either way, and you keep the findings.

Do we lose our call history?

Not if we can help it. Where your current vendor allows export, recordings and transcripts are migrated before cutover. I’ll tell you upfront what can and can’t come across.

Do we have to switch everything at once?

No. The plan follows your renewal dates. Most teams move one category at a time.

Will reps actually use it?

Only if managers do. That’s why adoption is part of the engagement, not an add-on.

Do you work outside Seattle?

Yes, over Zoom. I focus on the Seattle area because some of the best work happens in person.
