02 / B2B SAAS · MIGRATION IN PROGRESS

Moving a SaaS sales team off Gong onto Zoom Revenue Accelerator.

B2B SAAS COMPANY · SALES TEAM · IN PROGRESS

73%
Projected lower annual cost
01

The situation

A B2B SaaS company was rationalizing its GTM tech stack. It started with about 30 tools and a mandate to cut costs and simplify. It already ran calls on Zoom and wanted conversation intelligence that fit that setup at a much lower cost, ahead of its Gong renewal.

02

What we’re doing

Migrating Gong users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA Essentials) on a ZRA + Zoom Phone bundle. They keep what they rely on: call recording, a deal board, and a unified activity view. Their own AI agents connect to Zoom Revenue Accelerator, which provides detailed context directly through MCP ( topics, chapters, sentiment, talk-time ratios, etc.). Better conversation context drives better outcomes and reduces their token spend.

THE BUSINESS CASE

73% cost reduction compared to Gong

Gong licenses are replaced by Zoom Revenue Accelerator bundled with Zoom Phone.

In progress. Savings are projected from the approved business case. Actual results will be added after rollout.

03 / DREAM BIGGER SQUAD · COMPLETED

Every outbound sales call, on the record for coaching.

OUTSOURCED OUTBOUND SALES

Dream Bigger Squad runs outsourced outbound sales teams for its clients. Its leaders couldn’t hear their reps’ cold calls well enough to coach them.

01

What we did

Set up Zoom Phone with Zoom Revenue Accelerator, so every inbound and outbound call is recorded automatically.

02

The result

Leadership now reviews each rep’s calls for sentiment, talk time, talk ratio, filler words, and question quality, and coaches from what was actually said.

03

Why it matters to a SaaS CRO

High-volume outbound is where coaching breaks first. When every call is recorded and measurable, managers coach on evidence instead of the few calls they happened to overhear.

JOE GREEN, CHIEF SALES OFFICER, DREAM BIGGER SQUAD

“When the sales reps are making phone calls… I’m checking those, I’m looking at the sentiment scores, I’m looking at talk times… talk ratios… I’m listening for word fillers, I’m listening for their question asking, how good are their questions.”

Five tools to one platform. 58% lower monthly spend.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES · BOTHELL, WA

58%
lower monthly communications and AI spend
01

The situation

An eight-attorney personal injury firm with offices expanding into Portland was running phones, transcription, AI, scheduling, and video on separate tools: Intermedia, Fireflies, several ChatGPT accounts, Calendly, and a few shared Zoom licenses.

02

What we did

Moved the firm onto Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, and AI Companion, with an individual licensed account for every person.

03

The result

About 58% lower monthly communications and AI spend. One contract, one admin, one record.

04

What it sets up next

With every call on one platform, the next step the playbook enables is AI that turns intake calls into the case-intake document. That’s the same idea as a CS handoff brief in SaaS: the conversation writes its own follow-up.

05

Why it matters to a SaaS CRO

The industry is different. The pattern is the same: overlapping tools, a bill that creeps, and recordings nobody uses.

SCOTT BOTHEL, COO, POLARIS INJURY LAW

“These other AI companies are pitching us stuff that is really focused on quality control. I think Zoom is way more appropriate for what we’re really needing to do right now.”
